Why are PPR water pipes not the same color?

The difference between IFAN brand and IFANPLUS brand in white plastic PPR pipe:

From the measure ,we know that IFANPLUS is more well designed. But the mainly difference of them is the thickness. Actually, IFANPLUS is thicker than IFAN.
