How to identify the quality?

1.Impact method: randomly select a section of aluminum-plastic composite pipe and hit it with a relatively hard thing, the pipe surface will be curved, if it is deformed to the point of rupture, it is of inferior quality; if the deformed surface cannot be restored, it is of ordinary texture; after deformation, it can be restored to The original shape is a high-quality aluminum-plastic tube.

2.Visual inspection method: high-quality aluminum-plastic tube has uniform color/coding, no color difference, and roundness less than 0.1; the interface of the middle aluminum layer is tight, and there is no rough trace; the inner and outer surfaces are smooth/smooth, and there should be no obvious scratches/dents/bubbles/dead material/ bus line

3.Touching method: Take a section of aluminum-plastic pipe and cut it vertically, and stick your fingers into the pipe. The nozzle of the high-quality pipe is smooth and has no texture; the nozzle has no burrs.

It has a thermal expansion coefficient comparable to that of aluminum, and only one-sixth of that of an all-plastic tube. When the temperature changes, the deformation is small, and the aluminum-plastic pipe is a flexible coil, the pipe itself can digest a certain amount of deformation, and will not cause thermal expansion deformation of the pipeline system. The high and low temperature resistance of the all-plastic pipe is relatively poor.
